We make it easy for your guests to capture the moments that matter.

You can assign guests to one (or more) simple filming roles, such as Getting Ready, Ceremony, Speeches, Cake Cutting, First Dance, and Party. For non-wedding celebrations, these roles can be adapted to suit your event.

Once roles are assigned, we send each guest a short, easy-to-follow guidance video. It covers what to film, how to capture great footage on a phone, and a few helpful tips to make sure the final edit looks and feels amazing.

We usually edit our films in landscape (horizontal), so we recommend guests film in landscape where possible.

That said, portrait (vertical) videos can absolutely still be used. Just keep in mind there may be space either side of the frame in the final edit if we’re creating a horizontal film.

The most important thing? Capture the moment. We’ll take care of the rest.

No — just their phones. Modern smartphones capture excellent video. We handle the colour balancing, exposure corrections, and editing to create a consistent, cinematic feel.

That’s completely normal. Guest footage is authentic — and that’s the beauty of it. We stabilise where possible, balance colour, improve audio, and structure everything into a cohesive story. The result feels natural, not staged.

Each package includes a clip allowance (for example 30, 60, or 120 clips depending on your package). If you have more, we can always upgrade your edit.

Absolutely. We can create a full story edit or even a separate “Messages Film” made entirely from guests leaving personal messages.

Our standard turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the package and season. Rush delivery options are available.
